Hailey Gallo, Esq.
Hailey Gallo joined the firm as an associate attorney in May of 2021. Hailey focuses her practice on a broad range of family law matters including the dissolution of marriage proceedings, child custody litigation, spousal support disputes, child support disputes, paternity matters, property disputes, and domestic violence restraining orders.
Hailey earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School in 2020. She graduated from California State University of Los Angeles in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Emphasis in Pre-Legal Studies. Hailey also earned her Paralegal Certificate from California State University of Los Angeles in 2017.
Prior to going to law school, Hailey worked as a family law paralegal for two years in Los Angeles County. It was then that Hailey decided to go to law school to become a family law litigator. Hailey continued to work with various family law firms during her law school career. After taking the California Bar exam, Hailey joined the Law Office of Atousa Saei as a Post Bar Law Clerk in March of 2021. Upon receiving admission to the State Bar of California, Hailey permanently joined the Law Office of Atousa Saei as an associate attorney.
Hailey is also a zealous advocate for animal rights and welfare. Hailey is actively involved in the American Bar Association Animal Law Committee. Hailey served as Co-Chair of the Animals in Agriculture Subcommittee of the ABA Animal Law Committee from 2021 to 2022. Hailey was a legislative volunteer for the Humane Society of the United States from 2020 to 2022. Hailey has written published articles for the ABA Animal Law Committee Journal related to Animals in Research and Companion Animals. In law school, Hailey was the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Hailey also volunteered for the animal law firm, Advancing Law for Animals, in 2020 who focused their litigation on protecting and advancing the rights and welfare of animals in research and animals in agriculture.
Hailey enjoys hiking with her dogs, Pixie and Ellie, throughout Los Angeles County. She also enjoys cycling during the Spring and Summer and snowboarding during the Winter.
