Allan Babiner, Esq.
Allan Babiner was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he initially planned to pursue a career in government and policy advocacy in Washington, D.C. When the pandemic disrupted those plans, Allan pivoted toward a legal career and attended the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law, graduating in 2024 with a concentration in Civil Litigation.
During law school, Allan worked with the USD Education and Disability Clinic, where he assisted children and adolescents in securing conservatorships, obtaining necessary disability accommodations, and ensuring access to the education they deserved. He also interned for two semesters at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Allan passed the July 2024 California Bar Exam on his first attempt and now practices family law. His work is driven by compassion, precision, and a deep commitment to helping families navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Outside of work, Allan enjoys watching basketball, playing instruments, and spending time with friends and family.
